A and K Studio Rental
Located in Warren, near the bottom of the Sugarbush Access Road. The cabin looks out over Clay Brook and the woods beyond.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cottage sized gas range, refrigerator and dishwasher. The dining/living area has dining space for two, a sofa, free standing gas fireplace and flat screen television. In the bedroom you’ll find a queen sized bed with a memory foam mattress and a small flat screen TV. The bath is off the bedroom and has a glass enclosed shower. Outdoor space includes a deck and front porch with a gas grill, table and chairs.
There is also a campfire pit at the edge of the brook which is available for use as burning conditions permit.
Fishing right out the front door. There are small appetizer sized brook and rainbow trout waiting to be coaxed from pools and eddies further up the brook. The Mad River (within walking distance) is also known to produce some nice brook, rainbow, and brown trout.
We are happy to interact as much…or as little as you prefer and will follow your lead.
The space is suitable for single or double occupancy only. Please don’t ask for exceptions…we’ve tried it and it never seems to work out.
Our check in time is open ended, however if you anticipate a late arrival, we need to discuss before hand to ensure that you can check in on your own without our assistance.
We do not charge a cleaning fee and would appreciate it if you leave The Studio in the condition that you found it.
Campfires – You are welcome to use the campfire pit as burning conditions permit. We are happy to provide firewood (when available) free of charge for 1 small campfire during your stay. If your stay extends to 4 nights or more please help yourself to wood for a 2nd small fire.
There is a “woods trail” on our neighbors property on the other side of the brook. You may sometimes see/hear them as they pass by. They occasionally use it to access more distant acreage with trail bikes or other equipment.
