Glaze & Fire - Raku Pottery
Valid: 5/14/2008 thru 12/31/2008
Wilder Farm Inn

Our Glaze & Fire package combines our love of hospitality with our love of pottery.  Stay with us at the Wilder Farm Inn and you will experience our special blend of charm & relaxation as well as the thrill of a Raku Firing.  We have built The Naked Potter Studio & Gallery from a salvaged 1840's post and beam that was painstakingly renovated next to our B&B.

Add your artistic touches to a small hand-thrown pot using a variety of glazes.  The firing is very fast (45 minutes) and the excitement of the post-fire reduction is sure to fascinate you.  The glowing hot pots are pulled from the kiln (1400 F)  and placed in a reduction can filled with combustible materials.  The flames and smoke work their magic to put their mark on your work of art.

To enjoy this awesome Raku experience, just add $35.00/person to your stay!!
