Cabot Cheese
Cabot Cheese consistently wins awards for the best cheese in many categories. Local farmer-owners provide the fresh milk the cheese makers skillfully craft into award-winning cheddar. When you visit the Cabot Cheese visitor center you will see award-winning cheese as it's being made. You'll learn a ton about cheese making, and Cabot's history - not to mention a bit about Vermont agriculture. Following the tour, you're invited to nibble the many varieties of cheeses, including the World's Best Cheddar and Best Flavored Cheddar.
