American Flatbread

American Flatbread is a casual, family-friendly restaurant serving salads, pizzas, and desserts with a focus on agricultural sustainability.  Guests dine around the wood-fired oven as cooks prepare meals to order using ingredients from area producers. 

Our restaurant is open Thursday through Sunday evenings from 5:00 to 9:30 pm, and we start accepting names in person at 4:00 these nights.  We are traditionally open extra evenings during the week between Christmas and the New Year.
