Clay Brook Accommodations

We are located near the bottom of the Sugarbush Access Road in Warren, VT and offer short term vacation rentals.  You will enjoy a private wooded setting with Clay Brook running through the property.  It's a short 5 minute drive to the Lincoln Peak Base Area at Sugarbush Resort.  The property is convenient to both Warren and Waitsfield villages and the perfect base from which to explore the Mad River Valley, its recreational opportunities, amenities, and events.

Accommodations:

• The House - Will accommodate 6 in 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double, 1 child sized bunk bed).  There are 2 full baths, living/dining room w/gas fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen.  Lots of glass and a large deck all overlooking Clay Brook and the woods beyond.  Bed/bath linens and cooking staples are provided.  There is a 4 night minimum rental for The House.
• The Studio - Accommodates 2 in 1 bedroom (double bed).  There is a 3/4 bath w/glass shower, living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.  Bed/bath linens and cooking staples are provided.  The Studio is within a few feet of the brook and has both a porch and deck from which to enjoy the setting.  If you enjoy being near and listening to the water, this is the place for you!  2 night minimum rental for The Studio.
