Perfect for large groups or families, The Farm on Mad River’s five-bedroom circa 1900 Farmhouse includes two living rooms (one with fireplace), dining room, professionally-styled kitchen, two full baths and outdoor deck overlooking the Mad River.
Fully-equipped with bed linens and towels, the home readily accommodates 10-12 people. Cable TV and internet access. Children are welcome as are dogs with owner’s permission (nightly pet fee). Nightly and weekly rates are available, fluctuating with the seasons, and a 2-night minimum is required.
1.7 miles from the Sugarbush Access Road, and 5 miles from Mad River Glen ski resort, its central location affords a good deal of privacy with proximity to shopping, dining and entertainment. Close to cross-country ski areas (cross-country skiing on the property) in winter, there is also excellent swimming, sunning and tubing on its private, sandy beaches in summer. Mountain biking and hiking trails are nearby, and there is excellent fishing on the grounds in season.
