Elevation Physical Therapy, formerly Poulin & Associates Physical Therapy, offers a unique combination of physical therapy, personal training and athletic training services. Our clinicians are trained and practice a combination of Postural Restoration and manual therapy as the foundation of our programs. We also offer full-service personal training services as well as VO2 max testing. Our athletic trainer is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with the NSCA.
