I had the privilege of coming into the Chamber 2 1/2 years ago at a time when we were able to do some creative restructuring in order to make the Chamber more current and valuable to its members. There was a tremendous amount of work that went into recreating the Membership structure and benefits. It was so well received and I thank you for the positive feedback.
During this crisis, it is the right decision for the Board to place me on furlough. It does not, however, take away the sadness that I feel as I will miss helping the businesses during this crazy time.
I know we will see our way through this crisis and hope you will continue to support the Chamber and its vital role in the Valley.
