Roasting and Braising with Molly Stevens

 

Spend a few hours in our cozy farmhouse kitchen learning two fundamental cooking methods essential to the holidays and winter months. Cooking teacher and cookbook author Molly Stevens will share tips, techniques and a few favorite recipes from her award-winning cookbooks: All About Roasting and All About Braising. We will focus on ingredients from our farm partners in the Mad River Valley, and the class will be a combination hands-on and demonstration. Includes lunch.
