Charcuterie Happy Hour at the Taste Place

Join us for Charcuterie Happy Hour at the Taste Place Friday 3/2 from 5pm – 6pm. This fun, but educational event will include individual charcuterie boards for each participant paired with a flight of beer. Erika Lynch of Babette’s Table and her mentor, Kate Hill of Grrls Meat Camp will talk about the history and science behind butchering and curing and participants will learn about flavors and pairings as they enjoy Erika’s cured meats and local craft beer. Kate, CEO and founder of Grrls Meat Camp, is in the Valley the first weekend in March teaching a workshop on how to cut and cook pig.
