Coffee Sensory Event with KS Coffee

Much like wine and cheese, coffee has a full spectrum of aromas and flavors to explore, and coffee sensory plays a valuable role in the coffee supply chain. This free event will shallow dive into how coffee is evaluated, the specialty coffee flavor wheel, and what factors may impact the sensory attributes of your daily pick me up. Get the chance to try the same coffee roasted differently, or brewed using different methods. Come learn how to cup, smell and taste some unique flavor notes, and pick up some interesting factoids about that comforting beverage in your mug.

This class is by registration only. Class size is limited and first come, first serve. All levels of coffee knowledge are welcome. We ask that attendees refrain from using any perfumes, colognes, or other strongly scented aromas prior to this session.
