Cooking Class – Chef’s Table – Fall Bounty

With the fall harvest season here, we are going to use the bounty that the summer season has created. In this class we will create a dinner based around the Fall Harvest.

MENU: Golden Beet & Buttermilk Soup, Ricotta Gnocchi with Roasted Butternut Squash & Sage Sauce, Balsamic Braised Chicken with Root Vegetables, Shaved Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta & Fennel, Harvest Pie
