Cooking Class – Culinary Olympics – French Bistro

In this ongoing series we will travel to France where the 1992 Winter Olympics where held. In this class we will create some classic French Bistro dishes.
MENU: Mariner’s Mussels, Chilled Sorrel Potato Leek Soup, Steak Diane, Celery Root Remoulade, Apple Tarte Tatin
