Cooking Class: Sweet & Savory Crepes

This class will highlight the crêpe or French pancake, which is made from thin batter. Crêpes can be filled with a variety of sweet or savory mixtures. We will be creating both sweet and savory crêpes that are filled with various meats, cheeses or vegetable mixtures- sometimes topped with a complementary sauce.
