Outdoor Yoga @ Salt & Sand Studios

An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until September 30, 2020
Enjoy blissful yoga on our specially designed deck or lawn.
Your Yoga Alliance registered instructor and educator, Karen McPhillips, designs each class to maximize the sensory experience of practicing outdoors.
Our yoga deck (for 3 or fewer students) is nestled in a gorgeous glade with the gurgle of a brook nearby and often a gentle breeze made more evident with the rustle of leaves overhead.
For 4 or more practitioners, we take the whole shindig to the lawn. A little bit of sun and a little bit of shade to suit your needs.
This class works for everyone from beginners to regular practitioners, as Karen offers variants on many poses, and encourages you to practice what works for your body. Laughter is part of the experience too! Register ahead as space is limited to 9.
All participants are expected to comply with health, safety and all related social distancing guidance per our details below and those of our local government. Please wear a mask to set up your mat.
What’s needed: Your own mat (or towel), water, sunscreen, bug repellent and any props you might need (cushion or rolled up towel can be beneficial), a smile and a readiness to enjoy the out-of-doors!
Please bring a completed waiver (available on the website) if you have not completed one for Salt & Sand Studios Yoga.
Arrive 10 minutes before class.
Inclement weather cancelations are made 30 minutes or more previous to class via our website, email to those registered, and FaceBook.
This session is every Wednesday 5:30, with additional sessions on Saturdays 9am and 4:30pm. All weather permitting.
