Celebrate the outdoors with Yoga – whether beginner or regular practitioner!
Salt & Sand Studios teamed up with Yestermorrow Design/Build School for this Tuesday evening, outdoor, summer YesterYoga program.
This donation-only community class is open to all comers – visitors and locals alike. It’s Vinyasa flow-based yoga for all levels, though if you don’t know the style or never even heard the word, it won’t impact having fun and enjoying a bit of community as you move and breathe with Yoga Alliance certified Karen McPhillips. Beginners welcome.
$10 recommended donation, though donate what you can, if you can.
Please complete a waiver if you have not practiced with Salt & Sand previously. We will have a few paper waivers on hand if needed.
- Bring a mat or towel (we will have a few “borrow” mats available)
- Don’t forget bug and tick protection
- Water can be helpful
- Be ready to have some fun and find some respite
- Find Karen on the lawn to the left of the new dorm at Yestermorrow
