Sink into Bliss with Claire and Julia: A Restorative Workshop with Yoga Nidra

Restorative Yoga is a gentle practice designed to relieve stress and introduce serenity through gentle movement, and stillness. Using props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks, participants are assisted to remain in simple supported postures that allow the body to completely relax. Reiki and hands-on bodywork are offered to enhance relaxation. The restorative phase of class is followed by yoga nidra (yogic sleep) to bring you into an even deeper state of mental and physical relaxation.
