An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Friday, repeating until January 3, 2020
A Friday evening slowdown that appeals to all your senses and transports you to new heights of relaxation.
The gentle, slow, mindful SPA Yoga® practice spends time opening all energetic points of the body to leave you with a blissed out feeling. Class concludes with an extended savasana and guided meditation.
During SPA, you may discover:

Designed to restore, relax and rejuvenate, this class engages all five senses (sometimes including a renewed awareness of taste through chocolate!). SPA Yoga aligns practitioners with the inner wisdom of deep relaxation.
