SPA Yoga – relaxing practice for every body

An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Friday, repeating until April 26, 2019
SPA Yoga® is a slow-flow, floor-based, whole-body sensory experience designed to restore and relax while opening the body for the art of the possible.
By engaging all five of the senses with calming candlelight, soothing music, aromatherapy, lots of hands-on assists, neck and shoulder massage, and a renewed awareness of taste (including chocolate!), SPA Yoga aligns practitioners with the inner wisdom of deep relaxation.
The physical practice takes time to open the body’s subtle energy and prepares students to experience new depths of awareness in an extended, guided savasana or Yoga Nidra.
It’s the perfect way to find a bit of calm in a safe haven – away from the activities, stressors, lists and other things that wrap us up in our day-to-day lives. Join us for the candelight, the calm, the physical practice, guided meditation, just to get away from your day … or just for the chocolate! The practice is whatever you make of it, no experience necessary.
Be prepared to feel like you just walked out of a SPA! These classes are ALL LEVELS, especially kind to BEGINNERS, and 75 minutes.
