Sunday Morning Yoga for Most Every Body
Enjoy a delicious blend of breathwork, stretching, floor work and Vinyasa.
Sundays, 8:30 a.m. in studio (space for 3 people given health and safety protocols) or the comfort of your own home. Registration is required.
This class is ideal for ski/board prep, day-after-the-slopes, and anyone seeking a great way to start your day (and your week!).
Classes encourage mindfulness, creating your own heat, an opening of the spine and body, and a bit if fun. Expect to feel calm and ready for however your day and week will unfold.
These classes are ALL LEVELS. Our Yoga Alliance-certified instructor offers variations and modifications for many poses. Emphasis is on the practice as YOUR practice, so you can feel comfortable and confident doing what makes sense for your body at that particular time.
Strech & Flow, Vinyasa-based (though no experience necessary)
- Sundays 8:30-9:30am
- $15 drop in; class passes welcome (and are encouraged)
- Bring your mat, a sweater/hoodie or blanket
- Use your own props if needed
