TakeAway Supper – Pierogies, Brisket, Eggplant, Oh My!

Order now and pick up Thursday Sept 7th 4-6pm at the Inn at Round Barn Farm! Start with Salmon croquettes that are crispy on the outside and tender and herby on the inside. Topped with housemade remoulade/ Eat these now AND grab an extra order or two for your freezer. For entrees, tender chevre filled pierogis topped with your choice of breaded eggplant or pulled brisket that is cherry wood smoked in our very own smokers. Smother these in the accompanying Mushroom Marsala featuring stunning seasonal oyster mushroom by our friends at FunJ. Save room on your plate for grilled eggplant, sour cream and nettle kraut. Finish with a Strawberry Lemon Torte for that one last taste of summer in Vermont.
