Vinyasa Yoga Class

An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Thursday, repeating until December 29, 2016
Begin by unwinding and connecting your body & breath. Ana will lead you through a warm-up followed by a standing flow class while remaining connected to your breath. The latter half of the class will consists of backbends, forward folds and twists. End with savasana and meditation. Open to all levels.
