This 7 day 7 am morning/7 pm evening kickstart will be sequentially
Designed for you to intend and re-create a new vision for yourself.

Yoga is a practice of life that sets you on a trajectory for purposeful
The ancient practices of mantra, mudra, asana, chanting, and meditation are medicine for the soul and ultimately give us more purpose, more ease, and connection to ourselves, one another and the earth.
Begin and start your day with a conscious practice at Purna
With your group of 7 yogis you will develop a intentional routine that
will ultimately give you energy, clarity, intention and purpose to start your day for the next 7 days and onward
Each Yogi will practice asana, meditation, conscious contracts, mudra, and chanting. We will craft our vision for our future and refine our conscious contract with ourselves each day as we journey into the practice of self-inquiry, we will also shed layers and habits of our lives that don’t serve us to replace them with conscious routines and practices that do serve us.
Being rooted and solid with a physical foundation of asana is more powerful when it comes from your roots, accesses your core, and is skillfully designed to fit your current life and needs.
You will be encouraged to listen to your inner guidance, navigate enough challenge, garner your strength, skillfully navigate your breath as a way to step into greater courage and strength.
Day 1 grounding, breathing the roots of your practice – Evening Yin Practice
Day 2-4 Journey into the Core – Your truth crafting our Conscious Evolution Workboo – Evening mindful slow hatha flow, Yoga Nidra
You will complete your week with a complete yoga, meditation and conscious life practice, setting the course of your next right action in your life.
Day 5-7 – Integrating your personal practice with support. We will feature each of the 7 of us and learn our designed routine for our daily ritual.
