The Waitsfield Children's Center (WCC) is a licensed child care center with a home-like environment nestled between a working farm and forests, that offers space for active exploration. Mountain Gardeners is the garden club in the Mad River Valley. Members donate plants from their gardens to sell every year at the annual plant sale. Experts are on hand to help with selections and answer questions about the beautiful, reasonably priced perennials. Proceeds are used to plant and maintain gardens in public places in Waitsfield, Warren and Moretown, and for other local projects.

Worthy Burger Too is hosting a series of outdoor Sunday conerts at the Mad River Gree Shops. The concerts are from 4-7 pm. The annual Mad River Valley Craft Fair is back! Labor day weekend, Sat. & Sun., Sept. 5 & 6, 10 am - 5 pm, Kenyon's Field, Waitsfield to benefit Valley Players Theater. Free parking and kids get in free, $5 for adults. 100+ juried artists, live music, artist demos, door prizes, delicious beverage and food court! Rain or shine for a great family day!
