The purpose of Mountain Work Days is maintenance of MRG’s legendary tree skiing. This involves cutting lines as well as setting aside areas for new trees to grow. Everything is done with hand tools. Work days are organized and led by Lars Bruns in consultation with ski area management. Allen Clark Memorial Hill Climb

The Allen Clark Memorial Hill Climb — the annual grunt-fest that has fast become a rite of cycling passage in the Mad River Valley — is a grueling time trial that rises 1,600 vertical feet in 6.2 miles, from the intersection of Routes 100 and 17 to the top of Appalachian Gap. The Medicine Tribe Duo

The Medicine Tribe is a 4 piece band with male and female vocals playing a variety of styles: rock, funk, blues, and bluegrass.
