Sunday Morning Yoga for Most Every Body Enjoy a delicious blend of breathwork, stretching, floor work and Vinyasa. Sundays, 8:30 a.m. in studio (space for 3 people given health and safety protocols) or the comfort of your own home. Registration is required.
