5th Quarter Butcher

5th Quater is a Waitsfield based butcher shop located within the Mad River Taste Place in the heart of the Mad River Valley.

We aim to provide access to high quality local meats by partnering with Vermont farmers. Focusing on whole animal butchery and nose to tail utilization. We offer fresh cuts of meat along with house made sausages and charcuterie. Our goal is to highlight the farmer’s stewardship of the livestock and their land.
