Carlene opened River’s Edge Integrative Medicine following a 20-year career in the hospital setting. There she specialized in Pulmonary/Critical Care and Palliative & Hospice Medicine. She was driven to find complementary supports to conventional patient care and pursued a Master’s degree in Clinical Herbal Medicine from the Maryland University of Integrative Health. She is licensed as an APRN in VT and NH and offers telemedicine appointments if you cannot make it to her physical location. As a board certified Palliative and Hospice provider she also offers bereavement counseling. Alongside this she is also a Reiki Master certified in Crystal and Color Reiki, and is a board-certified Foot Reflexologist.
