Shea Property Services  is focused on developing “missing middle” housing in the Mad River Valley and around central Vermont. They have purchased and are in the process of renovating the Methodist Church building in Waitsfield, developing a subdivision at their Spaulding Farm property as well as creating both short and long-term housing at their property on the corner of Route 100 and 17.
