Situated on Vermont Route 17, The Swanson Inn (formerly the Millbrook Inn) is a short 5 mile drive to Sugarbush Resort and 4 miles to Mad River Glen, and just two miles to Waitsfield village shopping and restaurants.  Located in the heart of the Mad River Valley, The Swanson Inn is the perfect place for the whole family to call ‘home’ while you enjoy all the activities of this four-season destination, including skiing, horseback riding, mountain and road biking, birding, sightseeing or a massage.

Looking a sweet treat on Sunday afternoons? Come by the Inn and enjoy a homemade slice of pie or cheesecake. We are open Sunday afternoons between 3-6p. $5.50 per slice, including a cup of tea or coffee and tax. Come back often because the options change weekly.
