Mad Marathon Makes Runner’s World Bucket List!

For the 2nd year in a row, our own Mad Marathon was named to Runner’s World’s TEN BUCKET LIST MARATHONS YOU SHOULD RUN IN 2019! This is a huge accolade for the Mad Marathon (way to go, Dori!), and puts our Mad River Valley on the destination map alongside Paris, Sydney, Rome, China, Norway, Hawaii, Alaska.
The Green Mountains will surround runners along the course, and they’ll get a glimpse of the Mad River Valley. “It’s one of the toughest marathons and half marathons I have ever run, but also one of the most beautiful,” Whitworth said.
