stewardMRV
is transforming the way our community looks after our outdoor recreation access points. Proper stewardship is essential in maintaining the resiliency of recreation and the health of the environment in the Mad River Valley. Scenic beauty, a healthy, natural world, and world-class outdoor recreation are all at the heart of why people visit and live here. How we care for the MRV's outdoor spaces is critical for our vibrant future.
The Mission

- Volunteer Site Stewards - The backbone of the stewardMRV initiative
- Innovative Public Rest Room Facilities (Powered by our partner's at Wasted)
- Trash - Recyling - Packing/Packout: Developing Smart Solutions Site by Site
- Dog Etiquette - Creating Awareness, Consistent Communications, Messaging and Signage
- Data Collection - Knowledge is Power!
- Program Coordinator - A strong leader that brings all our efforts together in an impactful way.
