Above & Beyond at Tucker Hill Inn
Patty and Kevin Begin, Owners of The Tucker Hill Inn work really hard to create an experience for their guests that go above and beyond. As one guest said, “They make it a point to make you feel welcome at the Inn for sure.”
What you can expect when you stay at Tucker Hill Inn is a friendly and welcoming bed and breakfast experience, but what really differentiates the Inn is the food! Visitors and locals alike beat a path to the restaurant for the cuisine and ambiance. The downstairs pub is wood paneled, cozy and has a big fireplace that is a great place for “après- anything”. It’s a great place to brag about your exploits on the slopes while enjoying one of their specialty cocktails.
The menu consists of a variety of choices to please every taste. Lobster ravioli to start is a must, perhaps followed by one their beef dishes or seafood options like the halibut or scallops! Their wine list is vast and if you need help, Kevin is always available to offer a recommendation. He and his team are the consummate hosts at every meal.
During the summer, the outdoor deck is the place to be! Every Thursday in the summer it’s Lobster Night! You can have a lobster served 4 different ways; steamed, stuffed, baked or rolls! Reservations are always strongly encouraged!
If that is not enough of a reason to stay and eat at Tucker Hill Inn, the property has access to some of the coolest trails for biking, hiking and snow shoeing. The river runs through it (hmmm, sounds like a good title for a movie), so a dip on a hot day is accessible and private!
