Mad River Glen Naturalist Program

Each and every Saturday and Sunday  join one of Mad River Glens Naturalists for a guided snowshoe trek tailored to your interests in the ecology and wildlife of Stark Mountain! Outings and content vary each week, depending snow conditions and participants. October Siberians Dog Sledding Adventures

This is not just a ride in a dog sled, but an interactive experience of driving the sled.  The sleds are designed for two drivers with the Mushers maintaining full control while the second driver responds and adjusts for the sled to perform properly.  The second passenger gets to sit back and enjoy the ride in an enclosed sled bag with blanket. The sled can comfortably accommodate a family of four with two young children.
