Bragg Hill Road Walk

Moderate, 4 mile loop, elevation gain 850’ (paved and dirt roads)

Bragg Hill Road has few panoramic rivals in the Valley. The mountains are so close, you can almost touch them. The vista of Mount Ellen, framed by the famous Bragg Farm Barn, was voted most representative view of Vermont.

The Route: Park in Irasville (on Route 100) and go up Bragg Hill Rd., down #9 Hill Rd. and back to the village on RT 17. If you want to cut out the busy Rte 17 section of this walk, walk up Bragg Hill Rd, take in the spectacular views until Bragg Hill Road meets No. 9 Hill Road, then turn around and return to Irasville (enjoying the views from a different angle!)
